Shake has nothing to do with this and we're sorry that we can't help you.
This happens because someone is blocking or moderating your internet access. As an example, your company or college blocks external websites in which case talk to your network admin. Or you're accessing our service from a country with limited or moderated access to internet, Cuba for example.
