Forward automatically, or by hand
By default, reports are forwarded to Jira automatically once successfully integrated. If you want to forward only some bugs and not others, you can switch to forwarding by hand.
Switch to forwarding by hand mode
Visit Settings › Apps and open up your app
Make sure the app is connected to your Jira project
Next to Jira, you'll see a dropdown menu. Click on it and select by hand . Reports won't be forwarded automatically any more.
Forward a report by hand
Once you decide you want to forward a particular report to Jira, expand its Integrations chapter and click Send .
Once the report has been successfully sent, a link to its Jira ticket will appear. You can also Resend it any time.
