Everything is fine. Don't worry. Your tickets are coming normally and your users are getting your replies as well.

If you get a ticket from a date from the past, it's because Shake has a built-in backup of tickets in case tickets are not able to be sent (no internet connection, server problems etc). The tickets are resent the next time the user enters the app. So you may receive tickets from the past, and it's totally normal.
