Nothing to worry about, you've pasted something incorrectly.

You've set everything up and Shake is working, but it's not sending feedback and the console says something along these lines:

E/Shake (13570): retrofit2.HttpException: HTTP 401 UNAUTHORIZED

This can be caused by:

  • the wrong API key used in Shake.start → Please verify that your app API key is copied and pasted correctly

  • (only Web SDK) permitted URL is set in your app settings → Make sure that your app is running on the permitted domain
