You have now installed the SDK but still don't see your app on Dashboard.

You have followed the installation guide, Shake pops up in your app when you shake the device and you can Submit bugs.

However, your app is nowhere to be seen on your Dashboard.

Sometimes it's the cache issue, sometimes developers make a tiny error during the setup (e.g. capitalize something incorrectly in the info.plist, accidentally add an extra letter in the Client Secret and so on).

Whatever it is, the solution is fortunately simple!

If you use Xcode

Follow these 4 steps:

  1. Make sure your phone is connected to the Internet

  2. Make sure you have pasted your Client ID and Client Secret correctly

  3. Clear the Xcode cache by clicking Product › Clean Build Folder or ⇧⌘K

  4. Uninstall and reinstall Shake, then rebuild it.

This always helps. If your problem still persists though, click the bubble in the bottom right corner and let's chat. We'd really like to help you.
