Prepare frequent chat replies and notes for your users' delight.

Everybody likes to be appreciated. Your users and tester are no exception. Also, how cool is it when you get a reply about a fixed bug after you reported it? Pretty cool, if you ask us.

In Shake, you can set chat replies and notes with just one click.

Go to your icon in the upper left corner on Dashboard and click "Workspace administration". Then click on "Common comments".

From there one, it's pretty straightforward:

  1. Click "Add new"

  2. Name your comment

  3. Add a text that you wish

And you are done. You can always later edit your comment or delete it.

Comment can be made and used by every member, no matter what their role is.
