Shake apps are created automatically when a developer builds an app with a bundle ID that hasn't been registered with your workspace before. In majority of cases, someone from your team has approved the adding of several new builds with various bundle IDs which created several new apps on your Shake web Dashboard. Whenever a new app is added you will be prompted to approve it before it appears on your Dashboard .

If your plan does not cover the number of apps added, you will see the "Your current subscription plan does not cover your workspace usage numbers" .

If you're not planning to upgrade your plan, the solution is simple: Archive the apps you're not using and that's it. Kindly remind all your app developers not to build apps with new random bundle IDs with Shake SDK inside, if the number of apps is not covered by your subscription plan.

If you want to keep the apps running with Shake SDK inside them, you will need to upgrade your plan to cover the new apps.
