Important: the startup discount only works on the Premium Annual plan. If you select Premium Monthly, the discount will not apply. Make sure you choose Annual billing before completing your purchase.
Before you start
This discount is applied manually by the Shake team after approval. If you haven't yet heard back from someone on our team confirming your discount, please reach out first. Subscribing before approval won't apply the discounted rate.
Steps to subscribe
Go to your Shake dashboard.
Click the workspace icon in the top-left corner.
Select Workspace administration.
From the menu, click Billing (last item in the list).
Under the Plan section, find Annual Billing – Save 20% and select the Premium plan there. It's important that you pick Premium Annual, not Monthly.
Click the purple Preview the cost breakdown button at the bottom, then confirm the plan and complete the purchase.
Don't worry if the preview shows the standard Premium Annual price ($2,400/year), this is expected. Your discount has already been activated on our end, and you'll only be charged $180 for your first year.

Why does the preview show $2,400 instead of $180?
The cost breakdown preview always displays the standard plan price. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout based on your approved account, so the final charge will reflect the discounted rate.
Can I use this discount on the monthly plan?
No, the startup discount is only available on the Premium Annual plan.
