Custom Integrations and advanced configuration options are exclusively available on the Organization plan.

Select Specific Task Details: Choose only the data points that are relevant to your developers and exclude the rest to keep tickets clean.
Reorder for Clarity: Arrange the data in the order that makes the most sense for your workflow. Put the most critical technical info right at the top so your team can start debugging immediately.
2. Total Structural Control
While we currently do not support mapping Shake data to unique "Custom Fields" in external tools, this feature gives you total control over the structure and order of the data that appears within your issue descriptions.
