Activity history is not available

A ticket doesn't have Activity history?

If a ticket shows that its Activity history is not available, itโ€™s due to one of two reasons:

1. If the ticket was reported using the Shake Chrome extension

Users reporting through the Chrome extension can choose to disable their Activity history, meaning the ticket was intentionally sent without it.

2. If the ticket was reported using the SDK

Whether you use the Shake SDK for Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, or Web โ€” someone on your team has disabled Activity history in the code. To start receiving Activity history from the SDK, just enable the feature again.
